After which they are divided into contrasting SBUs at different location, where they get on job training form their premium. Their 1st performance appraisal happens at the block up of year. So we could not identify quality performers and average performers establish on their performance appraisal form. Based on superior’s experience with them we have classified them in to superior and average performers.

1.Systems: Web management, Trouble shooting, mesh management.
2. HR: Recruitment, Manpower planning, Industrial relationship, administrative department
