2011 started off as a promising course of study for myself further slowly glum into a depressing year. loss into 2011 I felt confident. All of my friends were getting ready to do big things with their lives and I thought I was ready too. I would always say to my friends 2010 was a great year but 2011 is the year of the power moves. And it was, for everybody but me.
         In 2010 I intractable that I was not going to play football in college after playing since I was seven. It was a bad demerit because I missed being on the field. Once rise semester started I started practicing with the American River football team. Over the summer I was lifting hard and by the end of the summer I had gained good weight. Little did I know that this would be short-lived. I end up getting cut from the team before the time of year and that day I stopped working out. I had gained 15 lbs. of muscle over the summer to fall behind it all in less than three weeks. I didnt necessarily lose the weight but the muscle was no longer there. It had turned into un asked fat and now I was a itsy-bitsy overweight. This was save the beginning of my depression.
I started to turn to my many friends from noble school just to talk about what was going on with me and maybe hear some encouraging words.
Once college had started though it felt like everybody had just forgotten about me and stuck to their declare circles, which was perfectly fine. The only people that were in my corner was my 3 best friends and my family. I thought I had a manage of friends but I realized it was best if I unploughed a tight circle. Not being able to aim on the people I thought I could only made things worse at the time.
I got to a level where my currency was going out faster than it was coming in. I had a lot of free time on my manpower so I would find ways to spend money on things I didnt need such as clothes, fast food, things of that nature.
