The purpose of this article is to find out (a) the relationship among corporate affectionate responsibility and regulation; (b) why regulation is necessary; and, (c) to substantiate the argument, corporate friendly responsibility is indeed discuss in relation with two sectors: Health boot sector, Rural development sector.
